Vegetal, crisp and aromatic are the description of this green tea. Surprisingly, this green tea won’t get any bitter even brewing for 10 minutes (but with low temperature). The tender green tea doesn’t require special brewing techniques, you can brew in your mug or glass teapot. Enjoy the smooth and sweet-corn like green tea.

Description

About the grower & Wild farming

The young grower graduated from the top university in Taiwan, instead of going for a corporate job, he went back to his home helping out the whole family growing pure organic, wild farming tea.

From weeding to tea-making, the second-generation young farmer dedicates himself to the land and the environment-friendly tea. Generally speaking, the transition period takes 5-7 years, which means, the farmers need to put more effort and money to maintain the health of the land.

**This tea is still in the transition period. Not yet entirely organic.**
